Intellectual Property Registered on Delphos Lab Applications

Two of the softwares produced by the Delphos laboratory of mining planning, UDESS and DOPPLER, are now in the Registry of Intellectual Property.

UDESS (Universal Delphos Sequencer & Scheduler), register number 262051, is a tool for planning, simultaneously, production and construction of block and panel caving mines. Its current state is version 2.0. DOPPLER (Delphos Open Pit Planner) is an open pit planning program aimed to assist the planner in decision-making in order to maximize the value of the business. Its register number is 262053.

The registers say that the University of Chile owns all intellectual rights of the applications, in order to protect them from piracy and unauthorized uses.
